We had a blast listening to Lonny Butcher in his webinar, “The Basics of Mullet Management: Building Morale In A Tough Environment.” He outlined the role of the boss in a workplace, and described him/her as a “motivator and tactician,” who sets the mood of the office, creates excitement (and even distractions, if needed), but also sets goals, measures and evaluates performance, creates and alters plans, and determines strategies.

Personally, I prefer the MacGyver. His mind is the ultimate weapon. Which do you prefer?
